    Hi paperbanknotes,
    Honestly this banknote design is rather dull.
    But then the 400th anniversary of the university mentioned by you caught our attention.
    We made a search in the net and found out that this university is the oldest university in the far east.
    Now, thats interesting.
    Learned something new from you here, haha.

    You are correct to say that. As this note was issued to celebrate the University, at least they should have redesigned the back of the note for this special ocassion. Well, I suppose this must have something to do with the cost, just like those previous commemorative issues. Thanks for dropping by.
