This is the largest denomination circulating in the country. The note was first issued on 15 June 2012. The design on the front depicts the State Seal of Myanmar and on the back is the Mandalay Royal Palace Moat. The Myanmar currency remains weak to the outside world. As at the date of this posting, this 10,000 Kyats is worth just over US$10+.
